The recently renovated apartments are conveniently and centrally located in the cosmopolitan L’Eixample district, just 5 minutes from Paseo de Gracia, Rambla Cataluña and Plaza Cataluña. The apartments are contemporary and well-equipped and offer a great base for tourists looking for central and safe area for their stay. Close by you can visit Gaudi’s famous buildings situated along Paseo de Gracia and the Rambla, as well as enjoying a good selection of shops, boutiques, cafes, and lively bars and restaurants. The area is also very well-served by public transport links (metro, a number of bus routes and a Renfe train station), allowing hassle-free access to all of Barcelona’s places of interest. |

Once you have made the reservation, the establishment will contact you by email to arrange a meeting place and time for your arrival. Please ensure the email address provided during the booking process is correct. Upon arrival, the remaining 50 % is required, along with a EUR 200 refundable cash deposit. Parties and loud music are not permitted in the apartments. The management reserve the right to end the reservation of any guests owing to complaints on these grounds. No compensation will be offered in these cases. Bookings of more than one apartment may not be made without the prior approval of Barcelonaguest management. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. A fixed amount of EUR 200 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.
