Levantes Hotel & Suites is a brand new de luxe establishment (built 2006) that is hanging over the golden beach and the crystal clear blue waters of Ios. The Hotels Rooms, Suites and Maisonettes all have their own unique theme and our guests can choose among 19 of them. Some Suites or Rooms have an individual pool, making them a destination of utmost pleasure. Among others, they are decorated with pictures of Frida Callo, Diego Rivera, and O Keeffe. |

The complex is perfectly situated at Mylopotas beach, on Ios Island. Ios is a mountainous island with a dry Cycladic landscape and is situated at the south of Naxos and Paros and north of Santorini. In the past it has served as the refuge of pirates, but today Ios combines the intense cosmopolitan life with tradition. The capital of the island is Ios - Chora and it is one of the most safe natural harbours of Greece. Ten minutes away from it one finds Milopotas bay, which is famous for its sandy beach, considered to be one of the most beautiful beaches in the Aegean Sea. The island of the ancient Phoenixes is a place where you can discover fairy - like beaches, white houses, churches with blue domes and many more. |

Over an enchanting bay, merely ten minutes away from the harbour of Ios, in the famous beach of Mylopotas you can find our establishment. What will really sweep you away is the amazing view of the neighboring islands and the bay, part of the Cycladic landscape. Our Resort is built according to the traditional architecture of Ios, with large surfaces made of stones collected from the neighbouring mountains. The effect beautifully combines the whiteness of the building with the blue colour of the sea. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged 20 % of the room stay per night for extra beds. There is no capacity for cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free public parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
