The hotel’s poolside facilities are first class and there is an outdoor themed swimming pool with water slides, jets and a jacuzzi (over 16s only). The outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by a terrace and sun deck area with lush green palm trees. Towels and sun loungers are available for guests’ use free of charge. The hotel also has an indoor heated swimming pool, which is open between 16 September and 15 June. The hotel´s buffet restaurant, Andalucía, offers a buffet breakfast every day, prepared in show kitchens with a wide selection of fresh produce. The lunch and dinner buffets consist of a variety of hot and cold dishes, including salads, appetisers, vegetables, meat and fish dishes. The restaurant has a baby corner with complimentary facilities available for parents’ use. The baby corner has a microwave and a refrigerator for baby food. Gentlemen must wear long trousers in the restaurant. Food and beverage options also include the Tivoli Lounge and The Romanos pub. The Olympo Beach Club is located on the same maritime boardwalk that leads to the beach and is open during peak season. |

Situated on the Costa de Almería, Roquetas de Mar features many good beaches with superb water sports facilities. There are also tennis, horse riding and golf facilities nearby. The Playaserena golf course is just 400 metres away and there are 2 other excellent golf courses within a 10 km radius. Roquetas de Mar organises a multitude of cultural activities throughout the year, including plays and concerts which take place in the theatre and auditorium. Roquetas de Mar also has a lighthouse that is currently in service as an exhibition hall and which houses painting or photography exhibitions every 2 weeks. To the south-east of Almeria, 56 km from Roquetas, Cabo de Gata is a naturally beautiful paradise with much to offer scuba divers. Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park has been officially recognised by UNESCO as one of the most beautiful and wild spaces of Andalusia. Tabernas is the only semi-dry desert in Europe and some of the world’s most famous westerns have been filmed there. Parts of the desert have now been developed and converted into Oasys, one the most inventive theme parks in the Mediterranean. |

The hotel is only 800 metres away from the golf course, 4 km from the fishing harbour and 33 km from the Almería airport. All guests booking half-board rates for a minimum of 5 nights between the 1 and 14 June, 24 and 29 August, and 13 and 30 October 2008 receive a complimentary upgrade to full board. |
