		By Car: -PM 19 road, exit 10 -Once you reach the beach turn left at the roundabout and continue until you reach the road ‘Marbella’. The hotel does not have parking facilities. However parking in the surrounding areas is not a problem.

		Quick description
		Kontiki Playa is located on the first line of Playa de Palma along a lovely seafront promenade, close to the capital Palma and the airport. The communications are excellent, its surrounded by an ample variety of leisure services such as shops, bars, restaurants and discos. In the common areas theres a roomy salon-bar with air-conditioned, swimming pool for adult and children, sun terrace area with sun beds and umbrellas free of charge.
