We have various differnt types of rooms, such as rooms with a terrace, or with views over the Plaza Zaragoza, with or without balcony. From October to December 2008, the facade of the hotel will be under refurbishment, therefore, the rooms with views are not guarantee. We apologies for the inconveniences. |

Our hotel does not have a restaurant facility but due to our excellent location you will find variety of restaurants, just a few steps away. Restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets (good quality grilled meats, contemporary cuisine, Burger bars, typical Basque pintxos bars in the old part of town and fish in the Port. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. There is no capacity for cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is not included and costs EUR 6.00 per person. Parking: Private parking is possible on streets nearby and costs EUR 20.00 per day. Pets: Pets are not allowed. |
