Peaceful and friendly atmosphere. The first hotel in Benidorm, built by Pedro Cortés Barceló in 1926. The hotel has 7 floors. The restaurant is located on the ground floor and on the basement you will find the reception and the lounge-bar. The rooms are situated between the 1st and 5th floors (8 rooms in floor 1st to 4th and 6 rooms in the fifth floor. Our hotel is committed to protect the environment and to reduce the use of fuel to obtain energy, therefore the energy used in the hotel is provided by solar cells. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. One child from 2 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
