We have 10 rooms in total -singles, doubles or triples. All of them high standard, comfortable, quiet rooms with or without en-suite.. All the rooms unsophisticatedly but carefully decorated. All rooms have direct exterior ventilation, a large, quiet and always pleasant courtyard. The building is equipped with an elevator. Some of the rooms have baths and others showers. Some of the rooms have balconies. |

Enjoy a Spanish breakfast in the hotel cafeteria, only 2 minutes’ walk from the property in Calle Atocha (closed Sundays and throughout August). You will also have available on-site all the necessary information for an easy access to all the amenities in Madrid: transportation, culture, leisure, security, arts and entertainment in the capital, etc... Our establishment is situated in a noble, historical building that belonged to the Dukes of Santoña. Recently renovated, its origins date back to the 19th century. It is very important confirmed the arrival time in the reservation, if not your reservation will not be held passed 16:00 hours on the day of your arrival. The booking will be paid in at the check in time. Please, we don´t acept American Express card. Our reception ísn´t open 24 h. If you arrival is before 9 am or after 23:00 pm. you have to inform us. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. Baby cots are not available. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the business centre and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. Parking: Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 20.00 per day.
