The beaches are accessed via the main road and are approximately 100 to 200 metres from the beach Playa de la Isla and Ermita. These beaches are great for families as the waters are shallow. Also close to the hotel is a clinic, supermarket, restaurants, etc. |

A recently built private complex of residents association (1995 - 2003), in an urban area of Puerto de Mazarrón, far from the sandy shores of Playa La Isla and Playa La Ermita. The complex has 3 swimming pools for adults and children (one indoor during winter months), a restaurant (full and half board options), childrens playground, a kiosk-bar (from June until September) and a physiotherapy centre. All designed and built to a high quality, to provide you with relaxation and fun (footpaths for walking, diving, sailing, dolphins spotting, sea excursions, the Roman cultural), and so on. |

Payment Information: A deposit of EUR 60 will be requested at check-in and will be refunded upon departure once the apartment has been checked. Policies: Between 14 June and 13 September there is a policy of a 7-night minimum stay, and arrivals and departures must be on Saturdays only. Arrivals have to be in the afternoon from 17:00 until 20:00. In addition, for bookings during these dates, 30% of the total booking fee is required in advance; the rest is due on arrival. In the low and medium season (from 1 January until 13 June and from 14 September until 31 December) arrivals have to be in the morning from 10:00 until 14:00 and in the afternoon from 17:00 until 20:00. If you plan to arrive later than 20:00, please contact the hotel prior to arrival. |
