Guests must pay a cash deposit of EUR 50 on arrival per person. This deposit will be returned at check-out once the condition of the apartment has been checked. Reception Opening Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:30-13:00 and 16:30-19:30 Sunday, 10:30-13:00 (July and August only) Guests who anticipate arriving outside of these hours must contact the property directly to arrange alternative check-in. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One older child or adult is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 15 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 15.00 per day. Pets: Pets are not allowed.
