By plane: Peinador airport (vigo) after leaving the airport, take avenida de madrid (A-52) in the direction of vigo, until reaching a square called plaza de España. Turn left here, towards the Playas (beaches). On arrival at a square called plaza de América, take avenida de la Forida. Average time: about 20 min distance: about 8 KM average Taxi-Fare for the trip: about 18 EUR by train: renfe railway station take Alfonso xiii street and at the end of it, take avenida de garcía barbón towards Policarpo Sanz street; continue along the streets called pi y Margall and López mora until you reach a square called plaza de América. Average time: about 15 min distance: about 3 KM average Taxi-Fare for the trip: about 8 EUR by car: from the north from a Coruña, Santiago or Pontevedra: take the A-9 motorway towards vigo until the exit for the port (harbour) linking with the Beiramar tunnel. Drive through the tunnel which joins avenida Beiramar. At the end of this avenue, take Coruña street until reaching a square called plaza de América. Once here, take avenida de la Florida. From the east from Portugal, Orense or Madrid: take avenida de Madrid (A-52) towards vigo until reaching a square called plaza de España. Once here, turn left towards the Playas (beaches). On arrival at a square called plaza de América, take avenida de la Florida. From the south from Portugal, a guardia or Bayona: take the coast road (C-550) towards vigo. You will arrive in Vigo by avenida de Samil (Playa de Samil / beach). At the roundabout on this avenue, take avenida de Europa joining avenida de Castelao. At the roundabout, take martin Echegaray street and at the end of it, turn left into avenida de la Florida. Other towns: Pontevedra or Bayona: 15 min by car / Santiago: 45 min by car / a Coruña: 1:30 min by car / Braga (Portugal): 1 HR. By car / Oporto (Portugal): 1 h 30 min by car. |
