Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. One child from 2 to 12 years is charged 60 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
