The hotel is located in a magnificent building of the S. XVIII, and is part of the historic buildings of the city of Madrid. The hotel Cataloñia Moratín was opened in 2002 and has been completely refurbished, whilst keeping the important characteristics of the past as the classic facade; the principal stairs made of wood and decorated by a marble lion and the great ornamented entrance of capitals and medallions.
