From Catania Take the Palermo-Catania motorway (A19) towards Palermo. Exit at Caltanissetta and follow the signs to Agrigento (SS640). Ignore the first signal for Agrigento Centre and continue along the main road at the roundabout Giunone. At the roundabout follow the signs for Porto Empedocle (exit from the third round), continuing on the SS640. Go ahead, ignore the first exit on the right to San Leone, and go forward.
