The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service for guests only, leaving daily on a 30’ basis from the hotel to Zattere Gesuati / San Marco and back. It runs from 06:50 until 02.00 and stops in front of the hotel. The best way from and to all major locations such as the airport or train station is by water taxi. The closest public waterbus station, called Palanca is 10’ walking distance from the hotel and requires crossing 2 bridges. The so called Vaporetto service runs 24 hours and the fee per person is 6 Euro, for one trip. The hotel does not provide parking onsite. The closest parking garage called Venezia Tronchetto Parking is in the Tronchetto area, about 15’ by water taxi. The price per vehicle is 20 Euro for 24 hours. For more than 3 a 20 % discount is available (only if payment is done upon arrival). The parking is open 24 hours. The payment can be settled with the following credit cards: American Express and Visa. The only direct way to get from Marco Polo airport to the hotel is by water taxi.
