This historic hotel is centrally situated within Jelenia Góra, the capital city of Karkonosze, by the railway station and only 5 minutes from the old market square. Named after the sacred magic Egyptian bird that was reborn from its ashes, the existing building can be dated back to 1875. From the very beginning in 1886, the building was destined for tourism when it was named the Strauss Hotel. Housing comfortable accommodation, the hotel also offers an excellent restaurant which serves traditional Polish dishes and regional specialities. All of our guests can enjoy the treatments in the spa centre, as well as the jacuzzis, saunas and the gym. There is also a lobby bar which is furnished with a collection of alcohol from various places around the world. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged EUR 11.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. There is no capacity for cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 6.00 per person. Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 4.00 per day. Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable. |
