Bar: With a wide range of Italian and foreign wines to taste and enjoy, the tavern also offers a choice of traditional, regional (Romagna) dishes. During kitchen closing hours, authentic Italian cheeses and cold meats are available, served with home made chutneys, unleavened bread (piadina) and desserts typical of the region. The restaurant: Only fresh fish in season is used for the seafood dishes, so the menu varies from day to day and is changed every week. The dishes are prepared under the direction of the Chef, Marco. |

The hotel is situated in one of Ravenna’s most interesting buildings of the Renaissance period, within easy walking distance from the citys most important monuments. The hotel is comprised of 7 rooms, each with superb furnishings. Some of the rooms are decorated with splendid frescoes from the Renaissance period. For business meetings, the hotel offers 2 rooms: Sala Marinara and Salotto Rosa. Both are equipped with all modern equipment and offer a refined atmosphere in the historical centre of Ravenna. |
