Welcome to Old Town Apartments, the original and the best apartment hotel in Warsaw. Our accommodations are located in and around the nicest and most central areas of Warsaw – mostly in charming historical buildings of the Old Town. We offer you twice as much space as a hotel. Get a kitchen, living room, independence, CD players and cable TV. Sleep four people for the same price as two in a hotel room! With a multilingual office in every location we give exceptional service too. Please note, that our apartments are located in various locations in the Old Town. |

Our reception is open from 9:00 until 17:00. If you plan to arrive after 5 p.m. please contact the reception earlier to schedule a meeting to receive your keys. We accept payments in cash and by credit cards (cash: Polish zlotys, euro and US dollars). There is a 2% charge for most credit card payments (Amex 4.2%). |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 10.00 per 24 hours. Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 10.00 per person. Parking: No parking available. Pets: Pets are allowed. No extra charges. |
