The newly refurbished restaurant, La Pilotta, is a sophisticated venue to sample our local culinary delights or excellent nouvelle cuisine, accompanied by top quality wines in elegant surroundings that are suitable for both private meetings or a conference in one of our discreet rooms of different sizes. The Chef, Luigi Bianchi, serves up a variety of local, national or international dishes, specializing also in excellent fresh fish dishes. Cooking classes can be arranged for small groups upon request. |
