Built in 1964, the building was originally a private villa which was transformed in 1985 to become a guest house, with a sailing and cyclist club. In 2002 the guest house was completely restructured into a hotel with private beach. It is managed directly by the owners. | |

Breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:00 and is included in the room rate. Lunch is served in the beach restaurant from 12:30 to 14:30. The hotel has agreements with some good local restaurants for dinner. |

A parasol and 2 sun beds are provided for each room. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
