In the area there are numerous activities to fill your day with, such as: hiring a boat to discover the hidden bays and coves; diving excursions, with a guide; and, of course, visiting the numerous beaches of the region, such as Sorgenti beach and Cala Marilou. There are also an array of towns nearby, including: Tortoli; Ilbano; Lanusei; Gairo; and Seui. |

By car: From Cagliari: - On leaving the airport/port follow directions to the Poetto Villasimius. - Join the SS 125 towards Muravera. - Follow directions to Olbia – Tortolì – Arbatax. From Olbia: - On leaving Olbia keep the sea on your left. - After approximately 15 km, follow the signs for Nuoro –Lotzorai (please note: there are no barriers or island dividing the dual carriageway and the road surface is sometimes in a poor condition). - After approximately 55 km you will arrive near the industrial area of Nuoro, follow signs for Nuoro Lanusei Lotzorai Arbatax. - Continue on this road until you find a junction for Villagrande, drive on for Tortolì, Lotzorai or Lanusei. |
