Il Vicario is a building dating from 1300’s restructured with care, maintaining the old style. Just 2 km from San Gimignano it is immersed in the countryside where the elegant views are enriched by vineyards, olive groves, wood and typical farmhouse. It s composed an apartment and six double rooms with private bathroom and each room is different to the other for color but all fitted with antique furniture, wooden beams and old terracotta floor. Our guests can relax in the panoramic swimming pool and taste the delightful specialties of our kitchen and our wines. Your cats and dogs are welcome at Il Vicario. It is the ideal choice to spend an unforgettable holiday in total relaxation in harmony with rhythm of the seasons. We can offer to our guests also cooking class (half day or full day),wine tasting simple or with brunch, photo workshop around our countryside, medieval dinner, bike and trekking tours with guide and assistance, event’s organization. |

You can taste our traditional tuscany dishes, in front of fireplace in winter or in the swimming pool in front of San Gimignanos towers in summer. Our breakfast is an Italian breakfast. |

If you came from North Italy you ll follow Motor Way A1 in direction to Roma and exit in in Firenze Certosa and (if you came from South Italy youll follow Motor way A1 in direction to Bologna/Milano and exit in Firenze Certosa) and after 50 metri youll take the first on the right ( it is a speed way ) to Siena and after 38 km there will be the exit Poggibonsi Nord, youll exit and follow the indication to San Gimignano for 7 km, at the end of the street ( at your left there is the market PAM) , youll take again the first on the right and after 200 metri turn again on the right and follow the indications to Ulignano. Youll be in Ulignano villages after 6 km and youll find the village at your left, youll cross Ulignano and go on for other 7 km, then will be a cross road at your right, youll turn on the right direction to San Benedetto, follow the street for 1 km and turn on the left to SantAndrea. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots. Up to two older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
