Our names hotel is Hotel Porta Nuova, like the mediaeval gate for the entrance in the heart of Assisi (Italy), from which we are only 30 meters far. Italy has a Green Heart; its name is Umbria, a land of ancient customs, mystery, nature, tranquility, and order. Here you will find an abundance of art, natural beauty, spring water, rivers and lakes, museums, theatres, archives and libraries, churches and breathtaking monuments. Built at the beginning of xx century with the typical pink Assisis stones, the Hotel Porta Nuova, was originally a big private house. In 1988 has been renovated into a hotel. The Hotel is excellently located in strategic central position in Umbria (in less than two hours you can reach all the boundaries of the region). | |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
