Villa Graziella is located in Marghera a Venices mainland district, in a noiseless area, close to Mestre-Venezia train station (900 mt. by foot), and not far from Milano-Venezia motorways exit (1,5 km). Is very easy to reach us. In the area you can find some restaurants/pizzerias, a supermarket and a chemistry. |

By Car (from the A4 Milano-Padova-Venezia exit): - Pay the toll and take the first exit on your right following the direction to Venezia-Chioggia-Ravenna. - You will reach a big roundabout. - Take the exit to Marghera, immediatly after Total Fina petrol-station. - You will arrive at a small roundabout (Piazzale Parmesan). - Take the third street, Via Calvi. - The hotel is at the end of this street on the left-hand side before the Q8 petrol station. From (A27 Udine-A4 Trieste-Venezia) motorways exit; - Pay the toll and follow the direction to Tangenziale and Milano-Venezia A4 - Take the 4th exit (the last) following the direction to Mestre-Marghera-Chioggia-Ravenna youll arrive to a big roundabout. - Take the exit to Marghera, immediatly after Total Fina petrol-station and follow above directions. - From the state street (Ravenna-Chioggia) youll get to a big roundabout (after Metro and Panorama markets) - Take the exit to Marghera, immediatly after Total Fna petrol-station, and follow above directions. By Train: - The train stops in Mestre-Venezia railway station (not Venezia). - If you do not have heavy luggage you can walk to Villa Graziella, which is only 800 metres away (about 15 minutes walk). - From the train station, walk under the subway towards Marghera. - Exit at Via Ulloa and go to the main circle (Piazzale Giovannacci) and take the first street on the right, Viale Paolucci. - The hotel is at the end of this street after the Q8 petrol station. By Bus (from the train station): - From inside the train station, take the subway forwards Mestre. - In front of the station, take bus number 15 (every 30 minutes). - Get off at the last stop, Viale Paolucci (is after a big roundabout, Piazzale Giovannacci) in front of the big Alì supermarket. - The hotel is after the Q8 petrol station. - A bus ticket costs EUR 1. By Bus (from the airport): - Line number 15 leaves every 30 minutes and the journey takes about 40 minutes. - A ticket costs about EUR 1. - The bus stops only 50 metres from Villa Graziella. - Get off at the last stop, Viale Paolucci in front of the big Alì supermarket. - The hotel is after the Q8 petrol station.. By Bus (from the airport): - From Treviso airport there is a bus service managed by RYANAIR going to Mestre train station and then to Venezia bus terminal (piazzale Roma). - Get off at Mestre train station and follow above directions. By Taxi: - You can take a taxi in front of Mestres train station exit and in 10 minutes youll get to Villa Graziella Hotel for about EUR 10 or 12. - From Venice airport you can take a taxi, it costs about EUR 23 - 26 and the journey takes about 20 minutes. |

This recently-renovated, family-run hotel is located in the peaceful town of Marghera, just a 10 minute bus ride from Venice’s historical centre and near the commercial centres of Panorama and Auchan. The hotel offers fantastic connections to and from Venice (Marco Polo) and Treviso airports, and is less than 1.5 km from the Milano-Venezia motorway exit. Moreover, the bus stop to Venice just 400 metres from the hotel. Although the hotel does not have its own restaurant, a variety of pizzerias and restaurants can be easily reached on foot. During the spring and summer months, it is possible to enjoy breakfast in the hotel’s small and picturesque garden, or sit under the shade of the pergolas and read one of the hotel’s books or tourist guides about Venice and Veneto. |
