All apartments have been newly furbished with stylish details: The ground floor apartment features a double bedroom, bathroom with bath, a spacious living room with double sofa-bed and a kitchen, separated by a curtain from the living area. The first and second floor apartments feature a double bedroom, living area with dining table and double sofa-bed, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. All of them are equipped with air conditioning system. |

Shops and pharmacies are located nearby, and important archaeological sites are at walking distance. The closest beach is 3 km away and can be reached by bus or by bike (rental). During the winter months the residence can organize guided tours to local wine farms, village festivals and county fairs. |

By car: - Take the A29 Palermo-Trapani, or the SS115 Trapani-Marsala. - Once you enter the city, follow the promenade to Centro Storico/Piazza della Repubblica. - From here, take Via Ludovico Anselmi Correale until Villa Rosario, the base of the apartment complex. At least 3 days before your arrival you should contact the hotel find out how to reach the apartments. |

The residence comprises 50 square metres large apartments on the ground, first and second floor. The apartments are located close to the sea and the historic centre of Marsala.
