The residential tourist village is in Massa Lubrense, near the internationally famous tourist resorts of Sorrento and Positano and facing the isle of Capri, which can be reached by boat from every equipped beach. The village is in a large private park with leisure and sports facilities for all the family. The main nucleus of the accommodation is an old house linked by paths recommended and listed in a guide of nature excursions and walks. |

Simple and tasty dishes created with the basic ingredients of the Mediterranean cooking, generally locally produced, characterise the typical cooking of Sorrento Peninsula. The Mediterranean diet is acknowledged everywhere like the most wholesome, natural and complete diet. It varies from the typical fish menus of the coast areas to the robust cooking of the extensive internal areas. Oil, tomatoes, mozzarella and spices are the basic ingredients of rich dishes like cannelloni (once called strascinate), gnocchi, pasta with beans, stuffed pepper (in dialect called mbuttunat) or of delicate dishes, such as caprese salad (tomatoes and mozzarella), pasta with courgettes, pickled anchovies, parmigiana of aubergines (fried aubergines with tomato sauce and cheese). At the first place handmade pasta of all kinds, pizza, different kinds of fresh or ripe cheese, sausages, vegetables cooked in different ways as side dish with all kinds of meat and fish. The whole washed down with genuine D.O.C. wines for all tastes, which well suit to good eating, whose list grows from year to year,: the old Falerno; the famous Taurasi, Greco di Tufo, Lacryma Christi; the more recent Asprinio, Falanghina and Coda di Volpe, to mention just some of them. Finally, it is worth spending some words for confectionery, that, originated in the convents’ kitchens in the last centuries, nowadays is a greedy attraction in the pastry-shops windows. It is all a triumph of specialities: sfogliatelle, almond cakes, genuine ice-creams, lemon cakes, profiteroles, pies (caprese is the most famous)… and, for a triumphal end, many tasty digestive liqueurs locally produced: lemon liqueur (the famous limoncello), nut liqueur (nocillo or nocito), liquorice liqueur, sweet fennel liqueur, etc. |

Massa Lubrense is an ideal place for a great holiday, more than 100 km of marked trails in the country side, country landscape, famous for its cuisine (7 restaurants in the top 20 of Campania, one of the best 3 in Italy), a coastline almost 20 miles long in the middle of the Protected Marine Area of Punta Campanella. The shores of Massa Lubrense are the closest to Capri (only 3 miles away) and you can reach Positano (13 miles), Amalfi (25 miles), Pompeii (21 miles), Ercolano (28 miles), Vesuvius (30 miles) and obviously Sorrento (3 miles) in less than one hour |

Directions: travelling by car, driving along the motorway a1 Milano-Napoli for those who come from the north, or the a16 Bari-Napoli for those who come from the south, you get onto the a3 Napoli-Salerno. Exiting at castellammare di stabia, you arrive to the SS sorrentina 145 - that travelling alongside the sea - permits you to reach sorrento. The SS 145 offers an extraordinary spectacle, and as you pass by the towns of seiano, meta, piano di sorrento and sant’agnello, you can admire, on the right side, the sea, the small fisherman piers and a breath cutting view. Once in sant’agnello, go always straight on the main road corso italia until you will arrive in sorrento (about 25 KM from castellammare). Once in sorrento (always on corso italia) you will arrive at a crossing from where you can turn only left or right. Turn left on via degli aranci and follow the directions to massa lubrense. When you will be in massa lubrense (you will have a church on the left side and the bar osvaldo on the right side), after a little garden turn on the left and follow the directions to S.AGATA SUI DUE GOLFI. After about 2 KM you will find the freedom holiday residence. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
