The guests house has a terrace with a view on the Grand Canal, where you can enjoy your breakfast during the hot season. Normally, it is served daily in your room (at request) or in our dining room. By Bus: From Marco Polo airport: - take the bus service ATVO or bus ACTV number 5 for Piazzale Roma. From Treviso airport: - Take the ATVO bus for Piazzale Roma. By Vaporetto (public boat): From Piazzale Roma bus station or from Santa Lucia train station: - Take vaporetto number 2 for Rialto (stop). When you arrive in Rialto, head in the direction of Salizzada San Giovanni Grisostomo. After you have passed the restaurant Fiaschetteria Toscana and Calle della stua/scaleter on your left, turn left and find the hotel at the end of the road. |

The guest house is an ancient building of XIIIth century in the centre of Venice, at a distance of 2 minutes from the Rialto bridge and 10 minutes from the San Marco square. The guests house has a terrace looking out on the Grand Canal where it is possible to have breakfast or a moment of relaxation (during the high season).
