Hallet’s Restaurant offers a traditional Tuscan cuisine prepared in a more fashionable way. The restaurant also has a wide selection of local, Italian and international wines. The careful selection of products, which is at the base of each recipe, together with the expert and traditional cooking techniques, enhances the basic ingredients, thus holding the original flavour and giving life to dishes prepared according the seasons. During the summer evenings, in the garden, we serve suggestive candle lit dinners accompanied by live music. Close on Monday. Breakfast time: from 7:30 to 10:00. |

Relais DellOrologio is an historical 14th century mansion house restored into an elegant and prestigious 5-star hotel, situated in the centre of Pisa. All of the rooms are fully-furnished with antique furniture, carefully decorated and equipped with all modern comforts. The magnificent Uguccione Hall with its fireplace, ideal to relax and enjoy a cup of tea, and the romantic garden where you can enjoy breakfast, complement the beautiful setting. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
