		Hotel Silva is a small, elegant hotel built in a 1920s villa and located in one of most beautiful areas of Rome. Its external façade remains is a beautiful example of the periods architecture and is preserved by the regulations of the Ministry of Cultural Patrimony. The interior has been restructured and modernized. The hotel has a restaurant, bar, and parking facilities. Hotel Silva is located 200 meters from Villa Torlonia / Museo delle civette, 20 minutes from San Pietro and the Coliseum, 10 minutes from the Trevi Fountain and 20 minutes from the Vatican.

		Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
