Rostock has a lot to offer in the way of interesting leisure activities. Visit the Marienkirche church with its astronomical clock, the cloisters, the ancient town walls, the boat tour museum and the harbour, where you can take a harbour tour. The Rosttock zoo, the town hall with its 7 towers and the lively pedestrian zone are also sights not to be missed. Warnemünde with its yacht harbour, shopping stretches, beach and light house is a great nearby town to visit. Further day trips in the area include the Marlow bird park, the pretty islands if Hiddensee and Rügen, and Doberan with its cathedral and historical railway train. The tram takes you directly to the city’s bustling pedestrian area and the university square in just 5 minutes. The S-Bahn (city rail) link will take you to Warnemünde and the beach in just 20 minutes. |

Coming from Hamburg/Lübeck/Wismar: B 105 to Holbeinplatz, before the S-Bahn bridge turn left into Schweriner Strasse at the traffic lights. Coming from Stralsund/Berlin/Skandinavien: BAB exit Rostock Ost, B105 towards Wismar to Holbeinplatz, after the S-Bahn bridge turn right into Schweriner Strasse. From Rostock main train station: S-Bahn towards Warnemünde to Holbeinplatz (2 stops) then a 3-minute walk to Schweriner Strasse. |

These comfortable and practical apartments boast a central location in a quiet street with convenient transport connections. Recharge your batteries in the friendly apartments and enjoy a relaxing stay in calm surroundings. Bus, tram and S-Bahn (city rail) stops are just 3 minutes away, providing easy access to all parts of city. Our apartments were finished in 2004 and renovated in 2008. They consist of a combined living and sleeping area with a double bed, a wardrobe, a table and chairs and an integrated kitchen with a pantry. Here you will find a 2-hob stove, a fridge, coffee machine and toaster. There is also a bathroom with under floor heating and a shower. |

There is a one-off final cleaning fee of EUR 12 per stay. Please note that arrivals are not possible between 04:00 and 11:00 on Sundays and bank holidays. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for extra beds.
