The building also features an elevator, an underground car park and a ski storage room with a modern ski boot drying system. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 100 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
