Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 42 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 6 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 6 to 14 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night for extra beds. One older child or adult is charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 200 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
