In our lovingly restored apartment house from the 19th century close to the centre of Vienna, you can choose between 33 apartments ranging from 31 to 76 m² in size. All apartments are completely furnished and consist of a living room, a bedroom and a modern kitchen with all kitchen utensils and facilities. Modern infrastructure such as electronic key cards, highspeed Internet access and a laundry make our offer even more perfect. Apartments are rent from one week up to 6 months. |

All rates include all taxes and all costs of ownership like energy, heating and water. Standard Service Package (included in the rate): Weekly cleaning of the apartment, including change of towels and bedsheets, unlimited use of the Internet, telephone base rate (telephone charges are billed monthly), cable TV. Final cleaning of the apartments after leaving: between EUR 60 and EUR 100, depending on the size of the apartment. Minimum stay: 1 week / 7 nights. Depending on the length of your stay, a deposit can be charged. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 4 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 3. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 45 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby and charges are applicable. Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
