In cases of late or very early arrival your key-card will be waiting for you in the key safe-box, right in the entrance to the hotel. This system is very easy to use. StattHotel is located in the heart of the old city of Zurich, along the Limmatquai and behind the famous Gran Cafe. The main train station of the city, as well as the lake, can be reached in a 7-minute walk. The building was constructed in 1450 and was completely renovated in 2007. The hotel offers 14 modern and individually furnished rooms. All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV, wireless internet, shower/WC, a fridge, and a coffee maker. The hotel is surrounded by numerous restaurants, bars and excellent shops. stattHotel is using a key-card system, please expect to get a mail directly from the hotel with your personal code so you can enter the hotel. |

stattHotel in German means instead of hotel, and so is our concept. Our place offers 13 different rooms with a self-use system. Once you book a room, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us with your personal code, which allows you to enter and leave at any time. Our reception hours are limited to 10:00 until 15:00, however, please feel free to contact us by mail, fax or phone at any time for any reason. Reservations for 1 night will be charged on the day of arrival, longer stay will be charged 1 day before departure. | |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Up to two older children or adults are charged CHF 50.00 per night for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. There is no capacity for cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: No parking available. Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
