Our hotel is quietly situated in a south-facing hillside location, south-west of St Johann and a short walk from the village centre with a magnificent view of the “Wilder Kaiser”. Our house offers the perfect setting for rewarding holidays in a cosy atmosphere. Rustic Tyrolean country-style furnishings create a comfortable and warm ambience throughout the hotel’s traditional rooms. We have a large garden and terrace, as well as a sauna and outdoor pool. In the surrounding area you will find hiking and biking paths and we are also only 50 metres from the ski slope and 80 metres from the cable car and chair lift. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. One child from 6 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
