By car: Coming from Munich - Cross the border at Kufstein and take A12 (don´t forget the toll sticker) - Exit at Wiesing and follow signs to Strass im Zillertal, Zell am Ziller and Gerlos city centre. By train: Travel to Jenbach main station. There you can take the Zillertalbahn to Zell am Ziller. Here you may take the bus directly to Gerlos city centre/hotel or the hotel can arrange a taxi for you. By plane: The nearest airport is Innsbruck (1 hour away) or Munich (2 hours). The hotel can inform you about bus connections or organize a taxi for your transfer. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 4 to 7 years are charged EUR 13.00 per night and person for extra beds. All children from 8 to 12 years are charged EUR 23.00 per night and person for extra beds. All children from 13 to 16 years are charged EUR 34.00 per night and person for extra beds. All children from 17 to 18 years are charged EUR 54.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 8.00 per hour.
