		Hotel information
		The Ski Austria Academy is a training centre for alpine skiing. Many course for ski instructors, sports students and trainers, take place here. As the main focus of the hotel is sports there is a non-smoking policy in force throughout the hotel, except in one smoking room.

		Area information
		The Ski Austria Academy is located high up in the mountains in the heart of the ski resort and aims to give you a totally stress free holiday. You will not need a car or ski bus to reach the resort - allowing you to sleep for longer and still be first on the lift. Enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset high up in the mountains.

		Travel information
		From the railway station Zell am See buses to the parking bays of the glacier road turn every hour. From here you can reach with the cable car glacier jet 1 and 2 the mountain station at the alpine centre which is in immediate nearness to the Ski Austria Academy. The Check In is possible from 03:00 pm. Operation durations of the glacier cable car are from 08:00 o’clock to 16:30 o’clock. Please note last ascent at 16:00 o’clock.

		Quick description
		The House is situated directly in the glacial ski area beside the slopes. The following facilities are available to guests of our house. Auditorium with 96 seats, Ski room for the equipment, workstation for ski preparation, fitness room, cafeteria, sauna (EUR 30,-- / 2 hours), gymnastic hall (18x10m), Ping Pong room, bowling alley, Internet corner (chargeable)

		Cancellation policy
		Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children from 4 to 6 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. There is no capacity for cots in the room. Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: Internet via modem is available in public areas and costs EUR 6.00 per hour. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: No parking available. Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
