Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of the first three nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 60 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 4 to 6 years are charged EUR 25.50 per night and person for extra beds. All children from 7 to 12 years are charged EUR 30.50 per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
