Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 22 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 45 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, 75 percent of the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 5 years stays free of charge in an extra bed. One child from 6 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One child from 13 to 16 years is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged 90 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
