New - starting from December 22, 2007 In order to follow the desires of our guests, we began already in spring with a structural extension of our hotel. If ever there was a perfect spot for an active vacation, its Kitzbühel. It doesnt matter what kind of a sports challenge youre looking for - practically everything is possible around our hotel. In winter, there are 150 km of widely varied ski runs, with perfectly goomed downhill slopes and cross-country trails. In the summer, take your pick of hiking, swimming, mountain biking, Nordic walking or golf at the largest golf center in the Alps. From Germany: take the Inntal Autobahn A93 or the A 12 to the Kufstein-Süd (south) exit, the B312 to St Johann, then the B161 to Kitzbühel. Once in Kitzbühel, turn right and go through the Lebenberg tunnel, straight after the tunnel, turn right again in the direction of Kitzbühel – Zentrum (center); after about 200 m you will arrive at the Hotel Kitzbühel on the left side. From Innsbruck: take the Inntal Autobahn until you reach the excit Wörgl-Ost. Then head along the B171/B178 in the direction of Lofer/St Johann, further to Brixental-Bundes street B17O until you reach Kitzbühel. Once in Kitzbühel, turn right before you reach the Lebenberg tunnel and head towards the center. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. One child from 3 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
