By car: - Travel in the dircetion of Salzburg/Graz/Villach. - After Bischofshofen and St. Johann continue in the direction of Gasteiner Tal - Zell am See. - Take a left to the Gasteiner Tal (valley) and you will come to the village of Gastein. - At the roundabout/the entrance to Bad Hofgastein, take the exit Nord. - Then take the 3rd street to the right into Bergstraße. - Then take the 1st street on the right into Tauernstraße. - The hotel is situated at the end of this street. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge for extra beds. All children from 7 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. All children from 13 to 16 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 7.00 per stay for cots. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
