Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
