Reception hours are 07:30 to 20:00 from Monday to Friday and 07:30 to 18:00 on weekends. In low season (February and March) the reception is open from 07:30 to 16:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. If the hotel’s reception and the front door are closed, please use the booking’s code for the hotelomat, an automated check-in machine. You can store any valuables in the safe located at reception and a luggage storage is also available free of charge. Convenient payment by credit cards is on offer by Bankomat and Paybox. For an additional charge there is a washing machine and a dryer available for guests. Please note: the hotel is not accessible for disabled people. Child-care facilities are impressive and the hotel is well-equipped for children. Cots, high chairs and pushchairs are all available free of charge (depending on availability). |
