All rooms are equipped with modern facilities and offer the perfect ambiance for relaxation. Please note that the Penz Hotel has two floors of non smoking rooms and is the only hotel in Innsbruck that offers disabled access and facilities throughout the building. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 4. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 0.60 per hour. Meal Plan: American breakfast is included in the room rate.
