Our building Elisabeth is the centre of the the hotel and offers cosy rooms with a size of 18 m². They are equipped with country house style an have a unique wooden interior. Our double rooms Zeinlach (28 m²) are located in the front building of the hotel and were completely renovated in the summer 2006. They offer a wonderful view of Gaisberg - the local mountain of Kirchberg - waking up with this view is a special experience. Some rooms are decorated with bright wooden furniture and some rooms have Italian decor. All rooms are spacious and cosy. The one room suites are located in the Residenz. They have a size of 42 m² and offer more luxury than the double rooms. All residence rooms are decorated in a modern wooden country house style. They also feature special marble bathrooms as well as access to the garden or a terrace. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged 10 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One child from 3 to 11 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged 90 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person older than 16 years per night is not included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 3.00 per 30 minutes. Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate. Half board is included in the room rate. Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
