A lot of sights are close to the hotel. These include the historical city of Salzburg, the salt mines, the Zoo and castle Hellbrunn with the famous water games. In the winter you can easily reach the ski areas - Amadé, Dachstein West and Jenner and Götschen in Berchtesgaden. In the summer you can use the Mozart cycling way or one of the other routes for bikes. If you like you can make a tour up to the Untersberg. |

From the airport you should take a taxi to the hotel ( around EUR 20 each way). From the station take the bus number 170 and get off at the bus stop Niederalm Ortsmitte. It is just 150 metres from the hotel. By car: - Take the exit Salzburg Süd and go to Anif. - At the crossing with the traffic lights turn to the right. - After 2 km you will see the Hotel Kaiserhof on the left. |

The traditional Hotel-Restaurant is located 7 km from the city centre of Salzburg. The rooms were recently renovated in 2005/06. The cosy restaurant offers a variety of Austrian and international dishes. From here Tourists can quickly go to the tourist sights including the salt mines, Castle Hellbrunn, Untersberg or the ski areas Dürrnberg, Berchtesgaden or Dachstein West. |

Payment: Guests have to pay for their stay on departure. We does not require a deposit, we pre-authorize the credit card. For check In they must fill in a formular for the austrian administration. We accept credit cards (Visa, Master, Diners Amex or cash). Disabled persons: We do not have disabled facilities, but the restaurant can easily be entered by persons in wheelchair. Our rooms are only in the 1 floor and upper floors. We do not have an elevator. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 7.00 per 24 hours. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
