This is a small exclusive hotel with personal flair, consisting of the 2 Altstadthotel and Residenz buildings, located opposite each other in a quiet side street of the city’s pedestrian area. Just leave your car in the garage, as all of city’s sights are within walking distance. Please note that the Residenz building has no lift. There is a new hotel spa with indoor swimming pool, sauna, infra-red cubicle and massage. There is free DVD rental and a free internet terminal, as well as free wireless LAN internet access in the public areas. |

All our rooms are comfortably furnished and are equipped with all the modern amenities. DVDs (also for children) are available at the reception free of charge. There is a lift in the main building only. Rate includes the use of the indoor pool area with sauna. One child up to the age of 12 stays in parents room (double or triple) free of charge. |

How to find us: If you come from Vienna: On the highway take the Exit Salzburg-Nord; keep straight on on the Street Vogelweiderstrasse; in the front of the Stadtberg turn right into the Street Schallmooser Hauptstrasse, after the Hotel Hofwirt (on the right side) turn right into the Street Franz-Josef-Strasse; after the 3rd street turn on the left into the Schrannengasse and immidiatly to the left, agian into the Street named Wolf-Dietrich-Strasse If you come from Munich, Innsbruck or Villach: Exit Salzburg-Mitte of the highway; keep staight on towards the city center; after the bridge Salzachbrücke turn to the right after the 3rd traffic light into the Rainerstrasse; straight on to the castle Schloß Mirabell (on the right side), then to the left into the Paris-Lodron-Strasse, then to the right into the Wolf-Dietrich-Strasse |
