The hotel offers 48 totally new, modern residential units with business facilities (23 to 38 m²). All rooms are quietly located on the fourth and fifth floors of the building and are fully air-conditioned. We guarantee comfortable living in modern rooms with a remarkable view over the city of Vienna or over the vineyards of Vienna between the Kahlenberg and the Bisamberg. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
