There is an internet cafe with a business centre in the ground floor of our hotel as well as a bistro and a hairdresser, and opposite there is quite a wide range of restaurants. Our friendly reception team is available and at your service for anything to do with the apartments, for example the breakfast service, office services, grocery shopping, laundry service, rental cars etc. |

All apartments feature a fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, oven or microwave, kettle, coffee machine, crockery and much much more. The bedroom has a large double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a large wardrobe. In the spacious living and sleeping area you will find a sofabed for 2 people, a breakfast area and a TV corner. The extra room can be used as a childs room, a study or as a guestroom. |

Our apartment hotel is in the town centre yet is in a peaceful location. It is only a few steps to the main train station and its promenades. 7 days a week and until 22:00 there are over 80 shops open here where you can pick up anything you want. The picture gallery is right opposite. The Waage building and the Old Town Hall are only a few minutes walk away. The concert hall and lots of other sights can be reached in foot. Various parking spaces and car parks are situated nearby for your car. From the train station you can go straight to the exhibition grounds, to the sports forum and many other imprtant destinations in and around Leipzig. |

This hotel is situated in the heart of the Old Town, a stones throw from the main train station, the main tourist sights, many shops and the central traffic junctions. The Gemäldemuseum picture gallery is located directly opposite and the Old Town Hall, Auerbachs Cellar restaurant, the Gewandhaus concert hall, the university, the opera and the Thomaskirche Church are all in walking distance. Our low budget concept offers completely furnished apartments with a kitchen at very low prices and proves that saving on money does not mean cutting out comforts. Payment is due upon arrival, meaning there is no check-out necessary. The entrances to the apartments can be found at the rear of the building at Reichsstraße 18. Please ring the reception bell to on the bell button panel. Reception times are Monday to Friday from 16:00 to 20:00 or by prior arrangement. Please contact us 1-2 days before arrival date to inform us of your arrival time. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. EUR 25.00 service charge per stay is not included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 1.50 per hour. Meal Plan: Breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per person. Parking: No parking available.
