This apartment house, built in 2006, is located in a quiet, sunny, central location and offers modern, comfortable and well-equipped furnishings. The house is ten minutes by foot from the train station, or only a few minutes in the electric taxi, which takes you right to the door. The ski bus stop is only a few metres away from the house, and you can reach the Sunnegga Paradise Skiing Area by foot in five minutes. Shopping facilities and restaurants are found in the immediate vicinity of the house. Our guests can enjoy the houses own exclusive health facilities, featuring whirlpools, steam bath and sauna, where you can thoroughly relax after a strenuous day in the world of Zermatts peaks. |

In an apartment for 2 people, maximum capacity for extra beds / cots is 1. (max. 1 extra person) In an apartment for 4 people, maximum capacity for extra beds is 2 and for cots is 1. (max. 2 extra person and 1 baby) Extra beds and cots are only available on request and have to be confirmed by the hotel. Cost for extra beds and cots are not show in the total cost and are to be paid separately at the hotel. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged CHF 50.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. CHF 2.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
