Our elegant villas, situated in an exclusive location, close to the sandy beach and in the middle of a stylish and calm residential area, provide quality and homey accommodation. Without distraction, in this peaceful area you can enjoy the singing of the birds. Despite the calm you are very close to the heart of Dubai and some of the most exciting places in the city. Our German management is on location 24 hours a day and is always ready to help and recommend the most interesting and exciting spots for sightseeing, fun and adventure in Dubai. If you want to take a desert safari in a 4x4, go dune surfing, camel riding, horse riding or take a city tour, we can always assist by making reservations and booking on your behalf. |

Please note that your reservation is only guaranteed when you transfer 50% of the reservation amount to the hotels bank account. Bank account details will be provided to you by the hostess of the villa after your reservation is made. Airport transfers can be provided; please give us 48 hours advance notice. Charges apply. The following passport holders can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival: - AGCC country visa holders (certain designations only). - France, Italy, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Finland, Spain, Monaco, Vatican City, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, Liechtenstein, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brunei, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea and Malaysia. If you are not a passport holder of one of the above countries, please arrange your visa before arrival. We can arrange a visa for you after your reservation is made. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One child from 3 to 11 years is charged AED 184.00 per night and person in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged AED 367.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free Private parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
